B.- DOG PATENTSArticle 31. Establish a municipal patent on dogs, which will be applicable in the cities of
more than five thousand habitants.
The value of these patents will be up to twenty pesos per year, for each dog.
The Municipality must deliver to the taxpayer a plaque that certifies the payment of the patent, plaque whose
value may not exceed one peso.
