Subtle differences between 1999 and 2000.
On the 1999 token the S's in “TENNESSEE” and “tennessee” are not complete. All letters are slightly thinner. On the reverse, the 1999 has a small dot in the river half way between the i in “Riverpark” and e in “tennessee”. also a dash in the river halfway between the p in “Riverpark” and second e in “tennessee".
