Though casino tokens are not common nowadays, this one is most probably a mule of two others.
The Obverse is usually seen on tokens Diademed head left - Coat of arms of Spain (period Alfonso XII - Alfonso XIII). The Reverse is usually seen on tokens Laureated head of woman left - Two dragons, which has Valencia origin.
