The Majestic Merlion silver ingot was released by the Singapore Mint and PAMP (Produits Artistiques Métaux Précieux) in 2015. The bar is set with a large Swarovski crystal etched with SG50, signifying the 50th anniversary of independence for the Republic of Singapore. It is in a proof-like finish and encapsulated. Each is given a unique serial number with a SG50-prefix, along with a similarly numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
The bar is presented in a two-piece plain-black cardboard box. The box is protected with a cardboard sleeve adorned with the SG50 logo and the title 50th Anniversary.
PAMP SA (Produits Artistiques Métaux Précieux) is an independently operated precious metals refining and fabricating company and member of the MKS Group. It was established in 1977 in Ticino, Switzerland.
