Comment
This mint only made this round in three different years. The 1976 is a bicentennial commemorative and dated 1776-1976. It has different lettering on the obverse,
THOMAS JEFFERSON
UNITED STATES BICENTENNIAL
1776-1976
Only 2 stars instead of 13.
The reverse is the same as the 1973 and 1974.
