Comment
The Mythological Legends series was released by the American Medallion Corporation (AMC) during the 1980s. This was one of the many series minted by the company. Seven different designs have been identified, these being the Angel of the Gods, Eros, Hiawatha, Mermaids of the Sea, Vampire, Voodoo and Werewolf.Hiawatha was a precolonial Native American leader and co-founder of the Iroquois Confederacy. He was a leader of the Onondaga people, the Mohawk people, or both. According to some accounts, he was born an Onondaga but adopted into the Mohawks.
