The original 3D devices were hand cut by Ron Landis during his Gallery Mint years. A hub was made of these devices and these hubs were used to squeeze the working dies. The stars and lettering were engraved (pantographed) afterwards on to the working dies by Steve Campbell.Only 12 stars on obverse to avoid "counterfeiting issues"
These were minted between 2007 and 2009.
