This is a reproduction of the Ambrosino Piccolo (Milan, First Republic 1250-1310)It was given in the 70s by the Mediolanum Assicurazioni company to its customers
It is not as silver as the original is in fact attracted to a magnet.
The originals were all different from each other
These reproductions are all identical and a distinctive feature are the two depressions in the upper edge of the reverse (waves above the saint's head).
