Das Mittelalterlich Phantasie Spectaculum (MPS) ist ein Mittelalter-Festival, das 1994 erstmals stattfand und seitdem jährlich an einer Reihe von Standorten in Deutschland gastiert. Das Festival legt besonderen Wert darauf, nicht als authentische Darstellung des Mittelalters zu gelten. Vielmehr möchte man eine phantasievolle, lebendige, dem Mittelalter angelehnte Welt erschaffen. Leitspruch der Veranstaltung ist „nicht authentisch sondern phantastisch“.These coins are used by LARP (Live Action Role Playing) groups.
