This is a Michigan Grosse Ile Bridge Transit Token used to cross Trenton Channel part of Detroit River the bridge to Grosse Ile - a small island community in the Detroit River between the US and Canada. Detroit River is a water way between north west side of Lake Erie and connect to the south west cornet of Lake St Clair The water way also marks the southern most boundary of Canada. Grosse Ile.
