This is a souvenir token from History Centre Dybbøl Banke, and also "legal tender" on the museum. The token can be bought and/or minted at the black smith and then exchanged for food, drinks and activities on the museum (like making pandcakes and cast bullets).
The coin is based on the 1 Skilling coin from Frederik VII (1848-1863). The reason why it isn't Christian IX (1863-1906), who appear on the coins is (according to the museum) because it took some time for the C.IX coins to be minted and the F.VII coins was still in circulation and the most used at the time they reprecent on the museum.
The museum is in the south of Denmark (in Sønderjylland) near the border with Germany. The centre is all about the Battle of Dybbøl, where Denmark under the 2nd Schlewig War, lost the Duchies of Schleswig-Holstein.
Denmark got North Schleswig back after the First World War and was officially incoporated back into Denmark in 1920. The museum and moslty the Dybbøl Mill were the setting for the 100 years annivesary for the reunification in 2020.
