Comment

In the year 1945, the government approved the opening of a legally registered casino. In this regard, a production order was made for "Casino Coins" from England used as counters for gambling. It looks like a flat round coin, with the obverse depicting a bird pattern. On the reverse, the denomination in: 100, 20, 10 and 1 baht. Without the exact number of production of these pieces, some estimates can be derived from the Thai numbers, indicating the order, at the rim of the coin.
