Pegged to 1/2 Litre of Estonian White VodkaTorgu Kingdom (TORGU KUNINGRIIK) is situated in Estonia, in the south part of Saaremaa/Ösel Island known as the Sõrve Peninsula. Instituted on lands of the former Torgu (Torkenhof) township, by Mr. Kirill Teiter, a member of the “Royalists” faction of the Estonian Riigikogu (Parliament). Its formation was in strict accordance with article 155 of the Constitution. He was a well-known person/voice at the time; he was a police officer and his traffic reports could be heard on the radio.
